Product description
Glendullan Distillery was built in 1897 by William Williams & Sons.
Five years later, the whisky produced there was awarded the title of King Edward VII and was regularly delivered to the royal court. Today, the distillery is owned by Diageo and produces around 5 million litres of alcohol per year. Glendullan is a key component of the Old Parr blend, and is also mentioned in the Johnie Walker Red and Buchanan's 12 year old formulas. The Glendullan presented here, distilled on 19 November 2009, spent over 13 years in two bourbon hogshead casks (no. 315683 and 315686), and was bottled at 46% abv and without chill filtration by the Dutch publisher The Ultimate in April 2023.
