Product description
Glen Spey Distillery, based in Rothes, has been producing whisky since 1878. The plant is equipped with two pairs of stills capable of distilling around 1.4 million litres of alcohol per year.
Since the early 1960s, Glen Spey has been the backbone of J&B blends , which "consume" almost the entire production of the distillery. The 12-year-old version joined the Flora & Fauna series in 2001 and remained there until the end of the decade, when Diageo withdrew it from the market. Glen Spey 12 years old in the Flora & Fauna series was the last relatively widely available edition of this single malt .
