Product description
Irish Rover, a new brand of Irish whiskey, debuted in 2020, launched by 3 Counties Spirits.
The Tipperary-based company is a new player in the Irish whiskey market, incorporated in 2020, and describes itself as a “developer and manager of innovative spirits”. The name Irish Rover refers to the Irish folk song about a mighty sailing ship that sets sail from Cork to New York, a voyage from which it never returns. The whiskey is a blend of triple-distilled malt and grain whiskeys in the southwest of Ireland, aged for a minimum of three years in first-fill bourbon casks and bottled at a “very consumable” 40% abv.
