It is a combination of young whisky aged in red wine barrels with whisky aged in sherry barrels and in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels for up to 20 years. The barrels for this edition are personally selected by Shinji Fukuyo, the fourth blending master in the over 90-year history of Suntory.
