Product description
The huge success of the Arran single malt encouraged the owners not only to double the production capacity of the distillery, but also to build a new one.
Lagg Distillery began production in March 2019, and Arran Distillery changed its name to Lochranza. The Isle of Arran has also become a "mecca" for whisky, visited by over 100,000 whisky lovers each year. Arran is quite rarely featured in independent publishers' offers, so this edition deserves special attention. Distilled in September 2013, the whisky spent over 8 years in a bourbon barrel and was bottled at 46% abv in Douglas Laing's Provenance series in February 2022. The edition consisted of 332 bottles. Whiskies from the Douglas Laing & Co. portfolio are offered with a natural color and without chill filtration.
