Product description
In April 2018, Jura Distillery included the Sherry Cask Collection in its Travel Retail offering.
It consists of four whiskies named after the most important places on the island. All whiskies were aged in bourbon barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry barrels. Market Loch is a lake located at an altitude of over 300 m above sea level from which the distillery draws water. It also attracts anglers. The whisky named after him after a period of maturation in bourbon barrels was finished in barrels in which Pedro Ximénez sherry had rested for 30 years. In the new century, sales of whiskies from the Jura have experienced a huge dynamic, from 300 thousand bottles to almost 2 million.
