At the beginning of 2018, Jura Distillery completely changed its commercial offer.

The Origin, Superstition, Prophecy and Diurach's Own 16 years old versions have disappeared, and their place has been taken by three age versions: 10-, 12- and 18 years old, and two without an age statement: Journey and Seven Wood. The new editions also bring a change in the profile of the Jura whisky, which in its new version combines subtle smoky and peaty notes with sweetness extracted from bourbon barrels and emphasized, in most cases, by sherry notes. Jura Journey, which is an excellent introduction to the current offer, is a drink aged exclusively in white American oak barrels and bottled at 40% alcohol.

 Aroma : vanilla, caramel, butter cookies, toffee, apples, pears, orange peel and delicate oak and smoke notes.

 Palate: light, slightly waxy, vanilla, caramel, toffee, baked apples and pears, a pinch of cinnamon and a fading trace of smoke.

 Finish: medium long, with notes of vanilla, honey, summer fruits, subtle oak bitterness and a trace of peat smoke.
