- In 2016 Glengoyne Distillery has commissioned John Lowrie Morrison, better known as Jolomo, to paint a collection of seasonal paintings inspired by Glengoyne Distillery.

In 2016, Glengoyne Distillery commissioned John Lowrie Morrison, known as Jolomo, to paint four paintings depicting the distillery at different times of the year.
Each of the paintings is to adorn the metal case of the limited edition Glengoyne 10 years old. A portion of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Glasgow Academy of Fine Arts to rebuild the Makintosh Hall, which was destroyed by fire in 2014. The first edition, depicting Autumn Moon over Glengoyne Distillery, was published in October 2016, while the second, presented here, depicts the work Heavy Snow at Glengoyne Distillery and was released in September 2017.
Nose: fresh and expressive with delicate tones of sherry, apples, pears, vanilla, toffee, hay, oak and a light herbal note.
Taste: mild, fruity with grassy and malty notes, apples, vanilla, oak and subtle traces of licorice.
Finish : medium long, malty, ending with oak bitterness.
