Product description
Dalmore Cigar Malt debuted in 1999 and was considered a solid whisky offered at an affordable price, very popular among cigar lovers.
To their dismay, it disappeared from the offer after a few years. It returned to it in 2007 as Gran Reserve, two years later renamed Cigar Malt Reserve. The new edition is a blend of Dalmors aged in bourbon barrels (approx. 30%) and sherry barrels (approx. 70%) and finished in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. Cigar Malt Reserve has no age statement, rumor has it that it is made from distillates aged for 10 to 14 years.
