Product description
Frapin is one of the oldest families associated with cognac production, currently the 21st generation holds the helm of the family company.
The Frapins cultivated grapes as early as 1270, and began distilling in the 18th century. In 1885, at the New Orleans International Trade Fair, their cognac won its first medal, the first of hundreds that the future would bring. In the last two decades, there has been almost no year in which it did not win a distinction or medal, usually several. The Frapin XO presented here is a "single estate cognac" distilled from grapes from the family's Château Fontpinot vineyard, located in the Grande Champagne growing district. It is part of the Tresor du Château Collection, the most prestigious in Maison Frapin's offer. In 2020, this cognac won a gold medal at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
