Product description
If we call The Macallan the Rolls-Royce of whisky, the presented Hennessy cognac must be compared to a Bugatti.
We are honored to present a work of art by master Renaud Fillioux de Gironde entitled Hennessy Edition Particuliere Nº5.
Born in the Cognac region, Renaud Fillioux de Gironde is the eighth Hennessy Blending Master. He took over this prestigious position on July 3, 2017 from his uncle Yann Fillioux, under whose watchful eye he learned the secrets of blending Hennessy cognacs for 15 years. Edition Particuliere Nº5 is created from the oldest and most valuable eaux-de-vie stored in the Founder's Cellar warehouse located on the grounds of the family residence. The Master admitted that this historic edition owes its existence primarily to his predecessors, who built the reputation of Hennessy cognac over the centuries.
Edition Particuliere Nº5 is presented in a crystal decanter in the traditional shape of the Baccarat studio, the neck of which is decorated with an ornate silk trim ending with a fan. The golden color of the ornament symbolizes the Ugni Blanc grapes from which the cognac is distilled. The decanter rests in a handmade leather case.
As befits Bugatti, only 60 units were produced.
