Beach House Rum is made from the agricole rum typical of Mauritius – a drink produced from fresh sugar cane juice rather than the traditional molasses.

In addition, this is one of the few cases where we are dealing with a spiced white rum, i.e. seasoned with various additives, mainly spices. In the case of Beach House White Spiced rum, a fruit and spice infusion was used. Among others, grapefruit and lychee, as well as more traditional tropical spices, were added to the white, young distillate. The drink prepared in this way was then filtered to remove any traces of coloration that could be undesirable when making cocktails. In this way, an extraordinary white rum was created with a fruity and spicy bouquet, offering notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, ginger, lychee, cinnamon and nutmeg.
