Pyrat is a blend of Caribbean rums, matured in American bourbon barrels and French Limousin oak barrels for up to 16 years.

It is a traditional rum based on sugar cane molasses. It is offered in characteristic bottles, modeled on those used on ships in the past. Each bottle of Pyrat rum has a pendant with the image of Hoti, the patron saint of bartenders from Zen Buddhism.

Aroma: Caramel, honey, citrus, molasses.

Taste : Orange peel, vanilla, caramel, honey, spices.

Finish : Long, spicy.
