Product description
Dugladze winery was founded in 1984 and it soon became the leading manufacturer of wine and spirits in the former Soviet Union.
It owes its success mostly to Mr Dmitri Dugladze, a talented entrepreneur and a wine specialist. After Georgia gained independence from the Soviet Union, the company went through a difficult period, but a new life was given to the business by two sons of Dimitri, who founded a new, fully commercial company in 2004. Dugladze Wine Company LLC was equipped with state of the art equipment from the most renowned suppliers in the world. The same year, the first batch of wines and spirits under the Dugladze brand set out to conquer the world’s markets. In 2013 the company acquired Vartzikhe plant, one of the most renowned manufacturers of Georgian brandy, founded back in 1908.
