Vilarnau 0.0% is an organic sparkling wine, produced from Parellada and Macabeu grapes. Light in color with very fine and persistent effervescence. The aroma is dominated by apples and floral notes, such as verbena, with a delicate accent of fresh almond. Balanced, fresh and creamy taste, with a long-lasting, pleasant finish. Serve chilled to 6°C. Excellent as an aperitif and with snacks. It goes perfectly with light snacks, salads and healthy, not too spicy dishes.
