Product description
Kentucky Walker is a bourbon from the portfolio of California-based LeVecke Wine, Beer & Spirits Company.
The company was founded in 1949 by William R. LeVecke and his two sons with the mission of producing, promoting and distributing alcoholic beverages. The company does not overwhelm us with details about Kentucky Walker whiskey, it is a blend of four-year-old bourbons: one distilled from a high-corn mash, the other from a mash composed of corn, rye, wheat and barley malt. The brand is dedicated to the pioneers of distilling in America, but we do not know which distilleries it is associated with.
Nose: caramel popcorn, vanilla pudding, honey, maple syrup, buttered toast, baked apples, cinnamon and toasted oak.
Palate: sweet, caramel, vanilla, milkshake, cornflakes, cotton candy, sponge cake, notes of cinnamon, ginger and oak.
Finish: medium long, with notes of popcorn, vanilla, brown sugar, a pinch of spice and oak.
