Blue Mauritius Gold is the product of the young company Blue Liquors Ltd., founded in 2012.

It is a rum made from molasses and matured for at least a year in port barrels. Released in small batches in elegant, thick glass decanters.

Aroma : Fruits, caramel, vanilla, honey, almonds, biscuits.

Taste : Warming, notes of dark chocolate, caramel, vanilla, bananas, coconuts, a bit of esters.

Finish : Long, sweet, fruity.
