Although the Foursquare Distillery is a relatively recent establishment, established in 1995, the Seale family, who owned the distillery in Barbados, can be traced back to the mid-17th century, and their connection to rum distilling goes back five generations.

Foursquare Rum is made in small batches, matured in bourbon barrels, mainly from a well-known distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee.

Nose : Sweet, with distinct spicy accents - nutmeg, peppermint, parsley. A bit of candied orange and heavy accents of chocolate cake.

Taste : Gingerbread, apples, roots, a bit of orange peel.

Finish : Sweet, spicy.
