It also blends and bottles Six Saints rum from Grenada. The Rum & Cane brand is a relatively new venture, selecting and bottling high-quality rum from the Caribbean and beyond.
Rum & Cane Central America XO is a blend of molasses-based, column-distilled rums. The blend includes rums from Nicaragua and Guatemala, aged in American oak ex-bourbon barrels for approximately 6 years.
Aroma : Honey, vanilla, dried apricots, toffee, cocoa, oak.
Taste: Vanilla, caramel, dried apricots, dried fruit, oak, nuts.
Finish: Oak, dates, a hint of smoke.
