Product description
In 1995, Jim Beam Distillers celebrated its 200th anniversary. In 1795, the German immigrant and founder of America's most famous distilling dynasty sold his first whiskey, Old Jake Sour Mash.
The current standard formula for Jim Beam bourbons lists (presumably, since the company does not provide such information) 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. The anniversary bourbon was aged for 75 months (or over 6 years) and is presented in slightly old-fashioned bottles. Jim Beam has been the sales leader in its category for years (10.4 million cases in 2019), beating its closest rival (Heaven Hill) by almost four times.
