Product description
Devil's River Distillery is an investment by Mike Cameron, previously co-founder of Rebecca Creek Distillery.
Originally operating in Dallas, Texas, since December 2020, its headquarters is San Antonio, specifically a historic building in the city center (Burns Building) renovated and adapted for the needs of whiskey production. The Devils River Small Batch Bourbon presented here, despite the "Texas" designation, comes from an undisclosed distillery in Kentucky. It was distilled from a mash consisting of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and aged in fourth-degree barrels. The name of the distillery refers to the "Devil's River" flowing through the city, from which the plant draws water for production.
