Product description
Flavored whiskey and whiskey liqueur have been the most dynamic categories in the US in 21st Century.
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey launched in 2011 has been tremendous success; within few years its sales reached a million cases. Three years later Tennessee Fire was introduced, a blend of red-hot cinnamon liqueur and classic Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 whiskey. The benchmark for cinnamon whiskey liqueur is Sazerac’s Fireball and Tennessee Fire targets the same group of customers. We are not trying here to compare one brand to another, however the latter seems to better display authentic whiskey character. The nose is sweet, with notes of cinnamon and cinnamon flavored cereals with shy notes of vanilla and cotton candy. The entry is sweet and spicy, with cinnamon playing the main cord; there are notes of caramel, brown sugar and buttered toast lingering throughout the finish.
