Clément rums have been manufactured in Martinique since 1887, when the brothers Homère and Charles Clément bought a 43-hectare sugar cane plantation Domaine de L’Acajou and set up a rum distillery.

Their original production methods are still observed until this day. Rhum agricole that is manufactured in their factory in Martinique is made from fresh sugar cane juice, instead of more traditional rums made from molasses.

Rhum Clément Ambré matured for 12 months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. A perfect base for all types of rum cocktails.
