Product description
Knob Creek is one of four bourbons that make up Jim Beam's original "Small Batch Collection" (debuted in 1992).
The whiskey is named after a farm about 30 minutes south of Bardstown where future President Abraham Lincoln spent his childhood. Knob Creek was the best-selling whiskey in the collection, and over the years the brand has expanded with new editions of bourbon and a straight rye whiskey. The Knob Creek 15-year-old featured here debuted in 2020 as a “limited edition,” and we haven’t heard yet about it joining the core lineup.

Finish: very long, with notes of burnt sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, dark berries, tobacco and toasted oak.
