Created from a combination of at least 10 malt and grain whiskies, it is matured in five types of casks from Yamazaki Suntory, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. Hibiki Japanese Harmony offers transparency that highlights its complex nature. This is an excellent product for those who are just beginning their adventure in the world of Japanese whisky.

Aroma

Distinct sherry barrel influences, dried fruits, nuts, vanilla, floral and vegetal notes, a touch of honey and spice.

TASTE

Extremely smooth, but after a while it reveals a lion's claw. Some spice accents, fruity notes - nectarines, sweet oranges. A touch of honey and creme brulee. A little white pepper in the background.

FINISH

Medium length, sweet, with delicate accents of oak and fruit.
