Tanqueray is one of the most popular gins in the world. Version No. 10 was created in 2000. The brand is owned by Diageo and Tanqueray is produced in the Scottish distillery Cameron Bridge.
The composition of the gin contains eight ingredients: juniper, angelica root, coriander seed, licorice root, fresh grapefruit, fresh lime, fresh orange and chamomile. The ingredients are macerated in grain alcohol before distillation. The name of this edition refers to the small alembic number 10, in which many recipes were tried to find the right one.
Aroma: fresh with notes of grapefruit, lime, coriander, juniper and flowers
Taste: intense with accents of juniper, coriander, orange, lime and herbs
Finish: medium long with a predominance of citrus fruits and juniper
