Product description
The original Dunville's whiskey was produced in Belfast from 1808 to 1936 by the Royal Irish Distillery.
It was a traditional Irish pure pot still whiskey, distributed and marketed by Dunville & Co. After a decades-long absence from the market, Dunville's whiskey has returned to the offer of Shane Braniff's Echlinville Distillery (established in 2013). Currently, the brand offers both blended and single malt whiskeys. Braniff's latest offering is Dunville Dead Island 2, described as "a modern blend of pot still, malt and grain whiskeys aged in bourbon barrels". The whiskey is inspired by a computer game whose characters wage war on zombies. The label shows two warriors, Jacob and Amy, in their crusade against the living dead.
