Product description
M&H Distillery (originally Milk & Honey) is Israel's first whiskey producer. It was founded in 2013 in Tel Aviv, and although it can produce 800,000 spirits per year, it uses about 25% of its capacity.
Following the success of M&H Classic, master distiller Tom Goren proposed the Elements series, consisting of three whiskies: Red Wine Cask, Sherry Cask and Peated. It debuted at the end of 2020 and was immediately included in the core offer. Elements Peated was aged for at least three years, mainly in bourbon barrels and barrels from Islay producers, and bottled without cold filtration at 46% abv. The warm climate of Israel (temperature from 16 to 40ºC) undoubtedly accelerates the maturation process, but also increases the so-called "angel's share" by up to several percent per year.
