Product description
Old St. Andrews whiskey debuted in 1970, presented in golf ball-shaped bottles.
Initially intended exclusively for export, its popularity increased significantly in the mid-1980s thanks to Denis Thatcher, husband of Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, who was photographed several times with a 50 ml bottle of this whisky. Marketing of Old St. Andrews whisky is of course based on its presentation; it is often an addition to golf tournament prizes. Gem of Scotland is the company's new offering in the Diamond Spirits series. It is a blended whisky with a 15% share of single malts. The spirits that make up the "diamond series" (in addition to whisky, it includes gin and vodka) are presented in unique bottles resembling the shape of cut diamonds.
