Product description
Campbeltown Loch is a blended whisky from the portfolio of Springbank's owners, J.&A. Mitchell & Company.
The whisky is named after a small bay located at the southern end of the Kintyre peninsula, thanks to which the local port developed. During the period when Campbeltown bore the proud name of "Whiskypolis" tens of thousands of barrels of whisky sailed from there to ports in Scotland and Europe. Campbeltown Loch 30 years old is an absolute rarity in the blended whisky segment. Its formula includes single malts Springbank (distilled 1964), Ardmore (1977), North Port (1977), Tomatin (1978), Imperial (1977), Glen Garioch (1976), Ardbeg (1976) and Glen Grant (1976), while the grain part is represented by 30-year-old Girvan. This edition was launched in 2008.
