Product description
Highland Park, based in the Orkney capital of Kirkwall, is Scotland's most northerly distillery.
It has been producing whisky since 1798 and is currently owned by Edrington. Over the past seven years, Highland Park has almost doubled its sales, ending 2019 with 2.2 million bottles. The basic sales offer includes whiskies aged from 12 to 40 years, as well as several versions without an age statement. Highland Park 30 years old debuted in 2005 and is the second oldest version of this whisky. The bottle presented here comes from a batch bottled in the spring of 2019, made from less than 20 barrels – first-fill bourbon and sherry, and several refill barrels. 2,667 bottles were sold.
