Product description
Glendullan, operating since 1897, is the last distillery built in Dufftown in the 19th century.
In 1972, a new distillery was built on the property, which operated alongside the original until 1985. Glendullan Distillery currently belongs to Diageo and, equipped with three pairs of stills, produces around 5 million liters of alcohol per year, the lion's share of which goes to Old Parr, Johnie Walker Red and Buchanan's 12 years old blends. In the single malt version, Glendullan appeared in both the Flora & Fauna and Rare Malts series, but the breakthrough year was 2007 and the debut of The Singleton of Glendullan 12 years old on the American market. The 11-year-old presented here is a proposal of the Signatory Vintage company - whisky distilled on October 14, 2009, aged in two hogshead casks (no. 313253 and 313254) and bottled without chill filtration on June 15, 2021.
