The Artisan London Dry Gin / 44% / 0.5l

The Artisan is a classic London Dry gin with Croatian roots, produced by The Artisan DOO, about which we unfortunately know little.

The gin formula contains 14 botanicals, collected locally by family farms cooperating with the company. They include: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon and orange peel, almonds, olive leaves, elderberry and ground orris root, the national flower of Croatia. The Artisan Gin is produced using vacuum distillation. The difference between traditional and vacuum distillation is the creation of a vacuum, which lowers the boiling point. As a result, we retain almost all of the delicate flavor and aroma elements contained in the botanicals.

The Artisan has the classic London Dry gin aromas of juniper, pine needles, coriander, citrus peel and a touch of lavender. The flavours are perfectly balanced – juniper, coriander, mixed berries, lemon peel and a delicate elderberry flavour – all in perfect harmony. We recommend serving this gin with just ice or with premium tonic and a slice of orange.
