Product description
Built in 1836, the Glenfarclas Distillery has been owned by the Grant family since 1865 and is one of the last iconic Scottish distilleries to remain in private hands.
Grants have been tempted by lucrative offers for years, but so far without success. Glenfarclas offers a wide range of its whiskies, from young, bottled without an age statement to 50-year-old. In addition, Grants release dozens of vintage editions, which are very popular with collectors. Annual global sales of the brand exceeded 2.3 million bottles in 2019. The Glenfarclas presented here, distilled on 17 January 1968, spent more than three decades in sherry casks and was bottled at the beginning of the new millennium in an edition of 1,246 bottles.
