Product description
Sam Barton is a Canadian whisky brand from the French company La Martiniquaise. Its formula lists four grains – corn, rye, wheat and malted barley.
The company does not disclose the proportion of grains or the name of the Canadian distillery responsible for the distillation. The whisky is aged in barrels of white American oak, mainly refills, for at least five years. La Martiniquaise was founded in 1934 and is today the second largest producer of alcoholic beverages in France after Pernod Ricard. In recent years, it has significantly expanded its whisky brand portfolio, and the purchase of Glen Moray Distillery and the Cutty Sark blend strengthened its position in this segment.
