Botran Solera 1893 Anejo is a refined blend of distillates aged over 18 years, made from concentrated fresh sugar cane syrup. The rum matures using the Solera system in the mountains, using barrels made of white American oak after American whiskey, in which very old sherry or exquisite port matured. Mature and refined, perfect to drink neat or with ice, otherwise it can also be combined with champagne and citrus juices, coffee or chocolate liqueur, exotic juices and ginger.
Aroma : friendly, elegant, and with a characteristic expressiveness, with notes of candied fruit and spices, roasted cocoa and delicate citrus notes.
