Product description
In 2015, Quintessential Brands, owned by former Gruppo Campari CEO Enzo Visone and investment banker Warren Scott, launched a new Irish whiskey, The Dublin Liberties Oak Devil.
In the 18th century, the Liberties district was notorious, often called hell. The whiskey presented here is a blend of malt and grain distillates aged in American oak barrels for at least three years. The company does not disclose the source of the ingredients, we heard that they were supplied by the Cooley and Bushmills distilleries. In spring 2019, Quintessential Brands completed the construction of the Dublin Liberties Distillery, which took several years. It will use both double and triple distillation, and its target production is 700,000 liters of distillate per year.
