Product description
Ardmore Distillery, built in 1898 by William Teacher & Sons, is a large distillery in the Highlands with a production capacity of 5.5 million litres of alcohol per year.
It is also the only distillery in the region consistently producing a “smoke and peat” distillate. Ardmore Triple Wood is somewhat reminiscent of another whisky from the Beam Suntory portfolio, Laphroaig Triple Wood – aged in three types of wood (ex-bourbon, quarter casks and 500-litre puncheons ) and bottled without an age statement. This edition debuted in 2015 in the Travel Retail chain with a new label, with cartographic graphics and an image of an eagle.
