Connemara is one of the few Irish whiskies made from peat-smoked barley malt. This edition is produced using the Pure Pot Still method, meaning that malted and unmalted barley are used for the mash. This method is used only in Ireland in the production of selected whiskies. Distillates of this whisky were aged about 4 years in bourbon barrels.

Light and smooth with notes of peat, earth, barley malt, vanilla, hay, honey, burnt caramel and fruit
TASTE
Smooth and pleasant with an aftertaste of peat smoke and notes of vanilla, caramel, orange, raisin and oak
FINISH
Medium-long with notes of peat, vanilla and burnt oak
