Jose Cuervo is a spirit made at the Casa Cuervo distillery, located in the town of Tequila in the Mexican state of Jalisco. Jose Cuervo Silver Especial is a mixto type of tequila, which means that it is made from at least 51% blue agave.

The remaining 49% can be other types of sugar, usually can sugar. It is double distilled in a column still, after which it is bottled directly, without the oak barrel maturation period. Jose Cuervo Silver Especial is one of the best-selling tequila brands in the world.

Nose: Cooked agave, medicinal notes, vanilla, pineapple.

Palate: Agave, grapefruit, a hint of honey.

Finish: Short, dry.
