Arran 7-year-old, Non Chill-filtered / 46% / 0.7l

Arran Non Chill-filtered debuted in 2003 and was the oldest whisky from the distillery at the time (distillation began in 1995). It only stayed on the market for a few years and is now increasingly hard to find.

The whisky was aged for 7 years, almost exclusively in white American oak barrels, and did not undergo chill filtration prior to bottling.

Aroma: delicately floral, vanilla, young oak and a pinch of salt.

Taste : vanilla cream, lemon peel, citrus and salted almonds.

Finish: not too long, light, slightly spicy.
