Old Pascas is a brand of rum from Jamaica, although it also offers lighter spirits distilled in Barbados.

Old Pascas Dark Rum 73 is a blend of Jamaican distillates aged for about three years in American bourbon oak barrels. This is a typical heavy, aromatic rum for this part of the Caribbean, which owes its quality to local sugar cane. Grown in the humid, tropical climate of the island, the local cane develops a particularly intense quality of aroma and concentration of flavor. Rum works great in cocktails.

Aroma : Sweet, with distinct notes of molasses, cane sugar and a whole host of spices.

Flavor: Vanilla, cane sugar, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper.

Finish : Long, sweet and spicy.
