Product description
In recent years, Aberfeldy single malt has experienced an incredible sales boom; in 2014, just over half a million bottles were sold, and just seven years later, over one and a half million.
The local blending master, Stephanie Macleod, does not shy away from experimentation and increasingly offers limited editions, which undoubtedly increase the attractiveness of the brand. The Aberfeldy 15 years old presented here is one of her latest proposals in the prestigious "Exceptional Cask Series". The whisky was aged in a Ruby port barrel no. 1873 and bottled at barrel strength (55.5% abv) and without cold filtration on October 6, 2022 for the French company La Comptoir Irlandais. The contents of the barrel translated into 240 bottles.
