Product description
Iron Smoke bourbon, a partnership between Tommy Brunett, front-man of Tommy Brunett Band and distiller Drew Wescott, was introduced in 2014.
The distillery is located in Fairport, upstate New York, and uses local ingredients and water from the glacier-formed Finger Lakes. Iron Smoke is distilled from mash composed of four grains – corn, rye, wheat and malted barley – but the company does not share details about percentage of each grain. All grains are smoked over applewood before milling and mashing process. The whiskey is aged in new charred American oak barrels and cut to botting proof with local water. In 2017 Iron Smoke scored Gold at the North American Bourbon & Whiskey Competition in Louisiana.
