Habitation Velier is a project created by the owner of the Italian Velier company, Luca Gargano, in cooperation with the best rum manufacturers from all over the world.
The pure single rum category covers rums produced exclusively in a single distillery, and not blended with products of other manufacturers. They are bottled in as much a natural form as possible, at a high alcohol strength. Premium quality, truly exceptional products from cane sugar. On the other hand, Trois Frere’s Distillery is the newest child of brothers Richard and Bernard d’Offay. Founded in 2002 on the island of Mahé in the Seychelles. It is equipped with two pot stills and one column still and uses only the sugar cane grow locally, on a granite soil. Elsewhere in the Indian Ocean region, sugar cane grow on volcanic soil.
Nose: Notes of cane juice, peaches, pears, pineapples, tobacco, fresh ginger, floral notes, candied fruits.
Palate: Rich and complex, with notes of cherries, aniseed, cloves, cinnamon, lily of the valley, lilac, bergamot and an assortment of nuts.
Finish: Long, creamy, with the flavours slowly fading away.
