Product description
The Teeling family whiskey-distilling heritage goes back to 1782, when Walter Teeling set up the distillery in Dublin.
Over 200 years later John Teeling bought the disused ethanol plant, renamed it Cooley Distillery and after significant investment started distilling grain and malt whiskeys. In 2011 Teeling sold Cooley Distillery to Jim Beam Global and established Teeling Whiskey Company, an Independent Bottling operation. Teeling Small Batch, a blend with high proportion of malt whiskey (about 35%), was aged in ex-bourbon casks and finished in casks that previously held Flor de Caña rum. It is non-age-statement whiskey bottled at 46% abv and without chill-filtration. There is no secret that both malt and grain whiskeys were sourced from Cooley Distillery. The bottle comes with two branded glasses.
