Product description
Founded in 1825, Ben Nevis Distillery is a medium-sized distillery capable of producing around 2 million litres of distillate per year.
In 1989, the plant, which had been closed for three years, was purchased by Nikka Distilling Company and a year later it resumed distilling. Ben Nevis is a key component of Nikka blends, which “consume” about 70% of production. The Ben Nevis 7 years old presented here is a proposal of the Signatory Vintage company. The whisky distilled on October 17, 2013, was aged in two hogshead casks (no. 421 and 423) for over seven years and bottled at 46% abv on May 27, 2021 in The Un-chillfiltered Collection series.
