Product description
Redemption whiskey debuted in 2011 as part of the Bardstown Barrel Selection offering.
Its success led to the company being acquired by Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, a wine and spirits distributor, which expanded the brand’s offerings to include three bourbons—High Rye, Wheated, and the one presented here, billed as “a true reflection of America’s Native Spirit.” It’s distilled at the MGP Distillery in Indiana from a mash of 75 percent corn, 21 percent rye, and 4 percent malted barley, and aged in fresh, charred barrels for an average of two and a half years.
