Cane Island 4 years old Australia is a rum produced at the Beenleigh Distillery in Australia, in the town of Eagleby in Queensland. It is a rum made in molasses and distilled in traditional copper pot stills. It matures for 4 years in a climate similar to the Caribbean tropics of Queensland in oak barrels that were previously American bourbon.

Aroma: Caramel, molasses, almonds, vanilla, marzipan, orange marmalade, cinnamon and allspice.

Taste: Marzipan, oranges, oak, a bit of menthol, some herbs.

Finish : Medium-bodied, oaky and spicy.
