Cantina Rotaliana is located in northern Italy, at the foot of Dolomites, near the Garda Lake and the city of Trento. Its headquarters sits in the village of Mezzolombardo, the last fortification of the Longobard Kingdom. Cantina Rotaliana history goes back more than 80 years, it was established in 1931 as Cantina di Mezzolombardo; the actual winery was created in 1986 by the merger with another local cooperative, the Società Enologica Rotaliana. In 1980 Cantina Rotaliana was the first Trentino winery to use carbonic maceration process and to produce Novello, the new wine obtained from Teroldego grapes. Over years Cantina Rotaliana tremendously expanded business with number of stakeholders increasing to 292.
Clesuræ Teroldego Rotaliano is produced with 100% Teroldego grapes that oenologists of Cantina Rotaliana select from the vineyards historically considered as the best for cultivation of Teroldego, with average vine age of 40 to 50 years. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months then spends another 24 months in a bottle prior to release.

Best when served at 18-20ºC after several hours of decanting; ready to drink now but could be left in a cellar for over 10 years.
